Hi Indigo! I seriously need to get some popover tins to make those. Or maybe I can come by and you can show me how to make them. I've always been intimidated by making popovers because it seems like such a production!

You don’t need popover tins! I use regular cupcake tins lined with silicups. Why both? The silicups make washing the tin easier, & the tin seems to conduct heat better than just using the silicups by themselves.
